Berry Amazing Green Vanilla Bean Chia Pudding Parfait with Veggimins Superfoods and Rawmio Chocolate (Recipe!)

You know that old saying - "a parfait a day keeps the doctor away..." Oh wait, that's not how it goes? Well anyhow, we would certainly be happy to eat this delicious layered parfait every single day, and with all of the superfood nutrition within it, it will definitely help keep your body healthy and well.
The Recipe
Berry Amazing Matcha Chia Pudding Parfait
Serves 1
Berry Banana Nice Cream Layer:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 small frozen banana
Coconut milk - just a splash to blend
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Green Vanilla Bean Chia Pudding
1 cup pure water
1 tbs Dastony coconut butter, gently melted (you can do this by placing 1 tbs of coconut butter in a heat-safe bowl and partially submerging it in hot water)
1 tsp Dastony cashew butter
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder (or use 1/2 tsp extract)
1-2 tsp honey, coconut sugar or maple - sweeten to your taste preference
1 heaped tsp matcha
1/2 tsp Veggimins Amazing Algae
3 tbs raw chia seeds
Instructions
Berry Banana Nice Cream Layer:
1. Simply blend ingredients until smooth
Green Vanilla Bean Chia Pudding
2. Blend all ingredients except for chia until smooth. This will make a delicious, creamy, sweet vanilla bean flavored milk with a beautiful green hue. Add chia and let sit for at least a few hours to form a thick pudding. You can also leave this in the fridge overnight. Try to shake your jar/container at least a few times to minimize clumping.
Stack your layers together in a parfait glass or mason jar with fresh berries, fresh fruits of choice, and/or granola. Top with plenty of Rawmio Gourmet Raw Chocolate Bark chunks (we used our Puffed Cereal Crunch here) Enjoy!
