With everyone sheltering at home and most coffee shops closed, it's forced even the most devoted coffee shop regular to switch up their routine and make their daily brew at home. It's the perfect opportunity to enjoy a mug of tummy-friendly, low acid RawGuru Antioxidant Coffee, and maybe even give your entire coffee routine a health upgrade while you're at it.
Antioxidant Coffee: Not your average cup of joe
Did you know that green coffee beans are one of the best sources of free-radical fighting antioxidants? But many of these antioxidants are damaged through traditional roasting processes. Our delicious Arabica beans, on the other hand, are put through an additive and chemical-free water extraction process prior to roasting, where heat-sensitive polyphenols are gently removed only to be reabsorbed at just the right point in the roasting process. This creates a coffee bursting with more antioxidants than green tea and is also much lower in acid, gentler on the stomach, and very smooth on the palate. Coffee ... only better.
Want to take it one step further? Try these 6 superfood add-ins for a serious health-makeover:
1. MCT oil
MCT, short for Medium Chain Triglycerides, is derived from coconut oil and has gained popularity in the fitness community for its ability to energize the body and boost metabolism and cognitive function. Because MCT fat is broken down quickly and easily in the body, it can be used for instant energy or converted into ketones. It's a great way to amp up your coffee, especially before a workout.
2. Medicinal mushrooms
3. Coconut butter
4. Maca powder
6. Cacao
RawGuru Antioxidant Coffee is also 100% Mycotoxin Free (lab-verified!), USDA Organic, Fairly Traded, Shade Grown and Rainforest Alliance Certified

Spicy Peruvian Coconut Mocha Latte
Makes 1, 12 oz mug
Ingredients
12 oz of french press coffee (we used 1/4 cup of RawGuru Antioxidant Coffee + 12 oz hot water)
2 Tbs Dastony Stone Ground Whole Coconut Butter
1 tsp raw cacao powder
2 tsp raw honey - or more/less to taste
1/2 tsp raw maca powder
2-3 pinches of cayenne (based on your spice tolerance!)
2 pinches of nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or 1/8 tsp vanilla paste
Instructions
1. Prep your coffee as you normally would.
3. Once the coffee is made, pour hot coffee into a blender, add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. The coconut butter will melt almost instantly, and blend with the coffee to create a frothy latte.
4. Pour in a big mug and bliss out!
*Use caution when blending hot fluids as the pressure from steam can pop the lid off.
